What is Nomophobia?

Nomophobia is essence is the fear of being without your phone and feeling anxious at the thought of not being able to use it. It’s what makes you dive for your phone the moment you wake up. The reason you spend an extra ten minutes in bed hooked to your phone before you go to sleep. A lot of us have it these days, but for some it’s more detrimental than others.
