Planting a Forest
We’re a team of passionate engineers who love using technology as a means to make peoples’ lives better, whether through products that entertain, solutions that improve safety and security, and of course our green projects which are helping to drive forward the next stage of renewable energy consumption.
So, as part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility, we are planting a tree for every billed day of work we undertake.
To help bring this vision to life, we’ve teamed up with More Trees – an organisation working with tree planting partners and local communities worldwide to help restore healthy forests and reduce extreme poverty.
Each tree planted contributes to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development goals aiming to “protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss”.
Our Plant a Forest initiative is our latest step in our commitment to ethical engineering. As outlined in our corporate values, we will not work on projects that cause direct harm to people, animals, or the environment.
As a tech firm, we acknowledge our unique responsibility in the shaping of our planet’s future. This is why we’re taking steps to reduce our carbon footprint, whilst continuing to bring great ideas to life.
